How to Book

To enrol on one of the courses featured on our site please fill out the following form. *Please note that for transfers free of charge flights should be from and to Cork Airport or Kerry Airport at any time on Saturdays or Sundays.

In order to secure a place a booking deposit of 200 euros should be sent to the following bank account:

The balance of your fees should be sent to the same account six weeks before your arrival. Please email a copy of each bank transfer to the Asana School of English. All bank transfers should be made in the student’s name.

Cancellation policy
Students wishing to cancel between time of booking and six weeks prior to start of course will receive full refund less administration fee of 100 euro Students wishing to cancel within six weeks of the start of their course will receive all fees paid less cancellation fee of 500 euro.

Asana School of English collects some personal data on its website through its online booking form, and through email by way of student enrolment forms. This information is used primarily for enrolment purposes, host family placement and marketing/educational emails such as newletters/blogs.

Under no circumstances will we share any information that we collect from you with a third party or web sites (except that which is pertaining to child protection legislation). All the information you give us, is treated very confidentially , collected sparingly and used minimally- only that which is required for the booking procedure. Your email address to which we may send educational content or news of upcoming programmes, promotions and projects connected to Asana School of English, is never sold or distributed to any other website or list.
If you have chosen to opt-in to our newletters/blogs and decide later that you want to opt out, there is a very simple way to unsubscribe to these emails. If you choose to follow us on social media, you can unfollow us at any moment.
